Kirsten Scott is a registered Lobbyist with the Office of the Commissioner of Lobbying of Canada and holds degrees in Biotechnology-Forensics, Business, and is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.  Springboard Grants and Consulting is a registered DCC Digital Adoption Consultant (DAC).

Kirsten has held academic positions, managed research and development projects in the both the Nuclear and Water Treatment sectors, and has served as a consultant for product development, business accreditation, training and QAC/QC program development, and digital adoption strategies before starting Springboard Grants and Consulting.  Kirsten has helped many companies achieve their goals over the years.

Kirsten has helped many companies receive financial assistance through the CanExport SME program, IRAP, IDEA Fund, ThriveForward Fund, CM&E Technology Fund, the Eastern Ontario Development Fund (EODF), the Canadian Agricultural Partnership (CAP), the Canadian Ontario Job Grant (COJG), SR&ED claims and many others.
